I know a ton of web developers and I also design and develop websites from time to time. Those are usually side projects. I can’t think of anyone who builds a website these days without using some sort of CMS (content management system). There are plenty of them available and they all have something good and something bad about them. Some CMS are very limited in regards to design flexibility. Others lack the features and options needed to make a decent website. Some aren’t SEO friendly. Most of the robust ones are extremely complicated and without proper knowledge of php and html, it will seem like rocket science.
